High Beta & Quant Strategies (Sleeves 1–2)

Performance figures for the High Beta and Quant strategies are as represented by the portfolio manager. These figures are unaudited and have not been independently verified by any third party. They represent actual or model portfolio performance as maintained by the investment team. Results may differ materially from the performance of any specific client account due to differences in inception date, transaction costs, cash flows, and applicable fees.

Dividend / Income & Ultra Defensive Strategies (Sleeves 3–4)

Performance figures for the Dividend / Income and Ultra Defensive strategies represent statistics of underlying third-party funds in which ZAM Global invests on behalf of clients. These figures are sourced from fund managers and public data providers and are not ZAM Global's own performance record. Past returns of underlying funds do not guarantee future performance.

Backtested and Simulated Figures

Certain long-run quantitative performance figures presented in connection with the PatronQuant strategy are backtested and simulated results, not actual earned returns. Backtested performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not reflect actual trading, and may not account for transaction costs, liquidity constraints, or regulatory restrictions that would have applied during the period. Actual results will differ, potentially materially.

AUM Disclosure

Assets under management (AUM) figures are confirmed by management and are approximate. They include assets managed or advised across all client accounts and may include assets held at third-party custodians. AUM figures are not audited.
